This is by far the worst place i've ever lived in. Air Conditioner never works, elevators never work. We're supposed to pay around $1600 a month and we're over $2000 and they can't explain the bill. everybody is moving out. The reviews you see that are positive are not real I can guarantee that.

Here’s the leasing office and maintenance staff on the roof viewing the Pioneer Day parade instead of helping residents. I went in to look at an apartment. The maintenance guy Jamie was so nice and so very helpful. He showed me around told me all about the place it was a great experience.

Look at Bigelow's roof! It is crowded with EMF-radiation emitting panels! Be aware of the danger to your health that can result from that! I spoke with a Bigelow resident who said people were getting sick from it there. Know the risks to your health and life!

Elevators. Never. Work. Swamp cooler is bad, everyone has 3 box fans to survive the summer. Beautiful building on the best street in Ogden though.

Don’t do it. Yeah, the building is nice but nothing works. A/C units don’t work properly and the urgency to get things fixed is obsolete. I expect a trip to court over all this in the near future. Find somewhere else, I promise you’ll be doing yourself a favor.

Living in this piece of history wasn't a bad experience. It's 100+ yrs old and sure, there are problems but, everywhere has issues... even new builds. I lived here for a year. In that year there were up and downs. Over all it was a good experience and management did thier best to resolve any issues or concerns. I lived here in peak covid so it was kinda pricey but over all a great experience.

I've been here almost a month and so far it has been the best place I've ever rented. There were a few maintenance issued that were quickly addressed. Hunter and Colby have both been there to answer any questions. They are dedicated to doing a good job the apartments are really nice, as is the lobby, laundry facilities, and the gym.
